Serena's Technical Department studies the projects and provides field personnel with the necessary supervision and documentation: technical instructions, assembly verification checklist and technical material guides.

This supervision, together with final product and periodic quality inspections, allows maintenance to be managed effectively, offering better service and keeping the client informed of the project status in real time at all times.
